General Rules for Spa Visits:

Welcome to the world of IDA Spa and Saunas! We are glad you're here! Here, you will nurture both your body and soul. Please move around the spa area without haste, as running on wet floors is dangerous for both you and other visitors.

While enjoying the sauna, place a towel on the seat, which you can obtain from the administrator. Using a towel in the sauna is optional. For drying, we ask visitors to use their personal/rented towels.
It is not allowed to use oils, honey, salts, and other skincare products in the baths. In the steam room, only hot water should be thrown on the stones, considering other visitors..
Shaving and hair coloring are prohibited on the entire spa complex premises. Please choose spa and sauna procedures with your health in mind. In case of feeling unwell, take a rest or seek assistance from the spa administrator or service personnel.

Alcoholic beverages and products are not allowed in the spa. However, you can get refreshing drinks at the spa bar. Please do not bring drinks into the saunas - our staff has the right to confiscate any brought alcohol.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the spa premises. Intoxicated visitors are not allowed in the spa. Hotel Narva and IDA Spa and Sauna staff have the right to expel individuals who disturb or pose a danger to others from these premises.
